Info from Licensor: The driver of the SUV that hit the cyclist was not charged or ticketed by the responding officers. Initially, they called Florida highway patrol to continue the investigation but later cleared the scene citing the involved parties chose to settle with insurance. Today we learned that the Pasco county sheriffs department is looking to re-open the investigation.
