Info from Licensor: "In the video, you see my dog, Cookie, and my husband, Matt. We went out on our boat after work around 5:30 pm to go for a swim near Dutch Island in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island. My dog Cookie loves the water. She was so eager to jump in the water with Matt that she went a little too far and fell in!"
