Info from Licensor: "An accident dispute resulted in a fleeing car. The gentlemen trying to prevent the guy from fleeing got pushed by the car and asked for help while he was pushed by fleeing car. I managed to comeback to the scene and talk to the guy make sure he was okay and talk to police on the scene. The incident is being investigated by BPD as for now."
