Info from Licensor: "2018 has been the coldest winter in 22 years! We Texans just don't know what to do with winter! My husband was casually walking outside to wrap the pipes and as he was walking down our front porch steps, slipped and fell! He was a bit sore afterward, but otherwise, unhurt! (whew!)"
