Info from Licensor: "Footage taken on the night of 27.10.28 at the start of the flooding and 28.10.21 following heavy rainfall. The River Cocker burst its banks at Southwaite bridge causing flooding of the road and properties. Local residents were trapped and several properties damaged by floodwater. 2 holiday makers were later rescued from this location by Cockermouth mountain rescue team."
