Info from Licensor: The video was taken on the corner of Irving Park and Western, it was a case of being at the right time and place. It was such a joyful and spontaneous moment, we kept hoping that the duck balloon wasn’t going to pop. I thought it would be so great to add some music and share it with my kids as a funny video, it was my very first post on tik tok, I never imagined so many people would find such joy in such a simple moment.
