Eevee the Long-Haired Chihuahua with Static Ear Hair

Info from Licensor: Eevee is my long-haired deer head Chihuahua that resembles the Pokemon "Eevee" from which I named her. The video was filmed this past February 16th, 2021 during the ice freeze that we had in Houston, Tx. We were lucky enough that our house was still warm and as you can see, she was bundled up in her new sweater. I took a nap on my couch and awoke to hear her tossing and tumbling around and adjusting to her new sweater. As I opened my eyes and looked her way, I could only laugh hysterically. I immediately took out my phone and recorded her in all of her staticky cluelessness. It has 2 million views in less than 48 hours!
