Info from Licensor: "A Boston area apartment was woken up at 3 o’clock in the morning by a man laying on his horn, circling the complex over and over. The police were eventually called to deescalate the situation and it turns out a woman in the apartment had the driver's phone and he was trying to get her attention. Both parties were allowed to leave the scene, it is unknown if any further action was taken by the police."
