Info from Licensor: "We heard a possum scratching around our roof for about a month, coming and going. All night we'd hear the possum scratching around the roof, the walls, culminating in possum urine dripping from the roof (it looked like blood). He eventually made his way into our disused fishtank in a gap in the wall roughly 5cm in diameter. My girlfriend and I called the landlord, who has since removed the possum from the house and stopped him from gaining access. He now lives in the oak tree outside again."
