Info from Licensor: "On the morning of April 26, 2021, my son woke my husband and I at 4 am with our house engulfed in flames. We only had 1 exit route not blocked. This is me going in as soon as the fire department gave the all-clear and released the property back to us. This was all caused by a front porch light bulb. We were underinsured and now are trying to rebuild out of pocket. My husband and son are doing the rebuild by themselves."
