Police Officer Illegally Turns Followed by Random Head-On

Occurred on December 21, 2021 / Cape Coral, Florida, USA
Info from Licensor: A police officer turned on the cop lights and made a left turn illegally then turned off their lights and went about their way never once using their siren. After that is when this accident occurs I am not sure if it left many drivers confused as it left me confused but this is the aftermath.
