Info from Licensor: "My dad, at my parent's house, was just having fun and decided to get on the flying turtle with an American Flag. He was not planning on taking off down the driveway, but had no other option to stop once he started going. Our driveway is pretty steep so he went flying. No specific reason just for fun. He ended up going all the way down the neighborhood and stopping in the grass."
