Info from Licensor: "I work Highway Maintenance for the county I live in, in Ohio. On February 17, 2021, I was plowing my route when I noticed someone skiing in the distance. I pulled my truck off the side of the road to see what was pulling the guy. When I finally figured it out that it was an Amish Buggy, I thought this would be a cool video, so I pulled my phone out and started videoing it."
