Info from Licensor: "I was walking past my bathroom when I noticed snow everywhere I got closer and it was my neighbor using his snowblower and throwing it over the fence into my yard and making a blizzard! Not sure what he was thinking, so I just recorded it and sent it to my sister just for jokes and she told me to put it on TikTok and it blew up!"
