Truck Driver's Dog Jumps and Stands on Top of His Shoulders

Info from Licensor: I was at a Loves Truck Stop in Boyce, LA and some guy was letting his dog out to use the bathroom and so I got out to ask him if his dog was friendly with other dogs. He told me that his dog was normally only friendly with dogs he was familiar with so he didn’t want to chance it. Then he asked me if I wanted to see something he could do that was pretty cool. Then his dog jumped up on his shoulders. I asked him if he could do it again so I could record it and so he did.
