Info from Licensor: "Video was taken at a shopping mall in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. 3 strangers approached me asking if I had lost my child. They assumed the little boy in the video was my child, but he wasn’t. I helped him find his God mom. His mom was rude and insisted I should’ve let him go the car by himself while she continued shopping with shopping bags still in her hand. As security approached her, I explained the situation and walked away."
