Info from Licensor: "My 3-year-old grandson flying his kite with his dad (my son) on a very windy Sunday in April at my house. His dad asked him do you want me to take it? And he let go and my son chased it and it got caught in the electrical wires. We called our electric company and they came out and got it down for us."
