Info from Licensor: "This is a video capturing his final moments. Pharroah was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Kidney Dysplasia. He has five percent function of his kidneys and was deemed terminally ill. He was in palliative care in the video and took his last breaths on my chest."
