Info from Licensor: "I was having breakfast when I heard a loud pop. I turned to see where the noise had come from and I saw a boat with a little smoke coming from the rear. Then all of a sudden the boat burst into flames. I saw 2 people jump from the boat then other boats arrived to help. Flames and black smoke appeared. A helicopter and other boats arrived. The ambulance left the scene with the sirens going."
