Info from Licensor: "I was riding my bike in coastal Delaware Saturday, June 18th and passed the US President Joe Biden on his bike! I then waited at the end of the trail for him to come back out and video taped him stopping and taking a quick fall dismounting his bike! He was OK! He then spoke with a group of us for about 5 minutes and road back to his home just down the street."
