Info from Licensor: "This is Abel he is 11. Abel has autism and he is very passionate about trucks, especially garbage trucks. When Abel gets excited, he stims by jumping up and down on one foot or flapping his hands. The recycling guys wanted to give him a surprise special gift. He loves honking the horns in the truck."
