Info from Licensor: "Heard a tapping coming from the vent in my living room wall in the morning. I panicked and phoned my mum for help. She came round with a box and together (mainly mum) we unscrewed the vent and held the box over the exit. Something quickly hit the back of the box with quite the force. We panicked and after careful thought from mum, we managed to get whatever it was secure in the box and moved the box to the garden. Mum opened the box and a bird flew out for its freedom."
