Info from Licensor: I was driving down the highway when someone came out of nowhere speeding, sideswiped me, and tried to take off. When she stopped in a horrible spot, she refused to admit fault and tried to frame me while I stayed polite and calm. While on the phone with cops, she was given the right to leave at no penalty.
