Info from Licensor: This woman thought she had the legal right to jump out of her car and walk through the cars to an empty spot to stand in said parking spot to wait for her boyfriend to bring the car around. The problem is other people with cars in front of her boyfriend's car, and they wanted the parking spot first. The public let her know how wrong she was. Only in Long Beach, California.
