Info from Licensor: "Gizzie is a sensitive chihuahua. I caught her scratching at bird poo, and gave her my correction sound, a little to hard, and she IMMEDIATELY swung around from it, hitting her mile-long eyeball on a post in the process. Poor baby needed consoling!"
