Info from Licensor: "I was in China on a business trip and walked into a supermarket next to my hotel to check it out. I was filming the assortment of live frogs, turtle, fish, eels, etc when I noticed this guy chasing a fish around in the tank. I turned the video on him as the fish appeared to be faster than he was. It must of impressed him also as he put the fish back in the tank."
