Lowering a Giant Toy Spider on Top of Guys on Street

Info from Licensor: My friend Benjamin and I were just goofing around at his apartment in Hamar Norway when we came up whit this briliant idea. We noticed a group of boys hanging out on my friend's stairs and thought we'd try to scare them. My friend found a fishing pole and tied a toy spider to it. The guys screamed and we laughed.
