Info from Licensor: "My neighbor, who chooses not to be named, recorded the video at Lowes in Albany, Oregon and proceeded to assist in stopping a lawn mower thief. At the end of the video, he said he was going to take the thief down but never needed to touch him. The thief at that point fell to the ground begging to not be beat up. He then gave up the stolen property and left before police arrived."
