Occurred on August 21, 2022 / Spring Valley, Arizona, USA
Info from Licensor: "On August 21, 2022, we had a major monsoon storm hit our area and produced 2.5” of rain (confirmed by the National Weather Service), and in the small town of Spring Valley, Arizona, there are two creeks that join together. Both creeks were at their max capacity, so once they met each other they breached the creek banks and about 1’ of water went through the neighborhood. The cell tower was down due to lightning so no first responders could be notified so we were on our own to make sure everyone was safe. After about 30 minutes, it receded and we had mud and debris left to clean up."
