Info from Licensor: A video of Chet Hanks speaking at Recovery Day on September 10th in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He was the headline speaker of the family-friendly event to celebrate recovery in the community. Chet was excessively swearing, yelled at a parent, and called a drag queen a 'kook.' There were about 20-30 people initially watching and by the end everyone had left. Chet Hanks's speech was not well received.
