Info from Licensor: "The video is captured from the 12th floor of the Hilton Daytona Oceanfront resort. This was in the middle of Hurricane Ian 2022 that downgraded to a tropical storm with category 1 hurricane winds up to 81 MPH. Daytona beach was definitely catching some phenomenal waves."
