Info from Licensor: "My daughter Sofia on October 3 wanted to get on the bumper cars at the fair in our San Miguel Xochimanga neighborhood, without the company of an adult. They taught her how to drive it and they did not put her seat belt on because if not, she could not reach the steering wheel. Everything was going very well and she drove the car very well until suddenly it went towards where I was and crashed against the wall. She went flying, then her father got on the floor to lift her up. Since she didn't want to get off, he got on with her to help her manage it."
