Info from Licensor: I was returning to Marco Island Florida after Hurricane Ian went thru. I saw a man standing next to a puddle remaining from a water surge caused by Ian. I saw splashing in the puddle and the man bending over trying to pick something up out of the water. To my surprise, it was a huge Snook!
