Trying to Help Eggie the Bull Terrier Who Doesn't Like Rain Back into the House

Info from Licensor: Eggie, a 2-year-old bull terrier who was born with a bacterium as a child, we were told that he will not live long but he survived thanks to care. He doesn't like the rain because it is easy for him to catch a cold and other sicknesses. One day after running around the whole house he went to sleep outside (where his house is) and fell asleep, when he woke up he began to cry because it started raining and he felt very heavy, When I left I found the scene of the video, we had to put a towel on it so that it could enter the house.
