Dad and Daughter Allegedly Take a Whole Bowl of Candy

Info from Licensor: My husband and I took our kids trick or treating. We decided to leave candy out for the neighborhood kids. About 5 minutes after we came home, this father and daughter came up and stole the rest of the candy. Trick-or-treaters were still out behind them walking to come get candy and there was none left.
