Info from Licensor: "I sent my wife off to work and parked. A man suddenly ran out and hit the taxi with a very loud bang. The taxi drove away quickly while the man sat on the ground. Supposedly he wanted to act as if there was a false accident to get money as recently it had been a new method of fraud. I drove away ASAP, worried that he might stand up and hit my car."
