I was so confused when I would grab a water bottle off the shelf, making sure it wasn’t one of the frozen ones, but when I’d go to scan it, it would be frozen! And then I watched it with my own eyes! I guess this is what happens when the temps are hovering around 0 degrees. I learned it’s a process called Nucleation."
