Info from Licensor: "This Jeep had caused an accident 3 miles east of this one. He crossed the median causing this nightmare! He ran from the scene with a gun in his hand and left his girlfriend, his 6 month old, and her 3 1/2 year old daughter with a fractured leg behind! He had not been caught by Sunday."
