Info from Licensor: "After work, I walked into my apartment and found this. Our area was hit with an extremely cold storm. My pipes burst earlier that morning, while I was at work. The damage was caused by water running for over 6 hours. My bathroom ceiling collapsed. It caused damage to the bathroom, hallway, and adjacent room. I ran the faucets all night, it didn't help prevent this. This is the second year in a row my apartment complex has dealt with this."
