Info from Licensor: "Pepper the Persian cat is from the Philippines and my wife brought him here to Taiwan in December 2021. In the Philippines, they didn’t have a shower, so he didn’t bath often. What happened in the video was my wife was giving him a bath, but he wanted to escape because he doesn’t like to be wet. He is also scared of the shower head, so my wife used a dipper."
