Info from Licensor: "We found the pigeon frozen to the ground in Norwich, Norfolk, UK during our biggest snowstorm in years. 2 weeks ago England was hit with a snowstorm branded as 'Beast From The East'.
We took the pigeon home, put it in a heated box for a number of hours, sat and watched Netflix with him for a while and named him Jake.
The next day we called the only local taxi firm that was willing to venture out in the snow, and we took Jake to a vet/animal care place who took him in for a few nights before informing us that he, unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep as he had a neurological issue.
We think he may have hit his head when falling from the nest, and then couldn't get back due to the ice and snow!"
