Info from Licensor: "While coming back from into the Marina in Cabo, we saw 2 teenage boys pay money to a random local guy to feed and pet an enormous male Sea Lion. They were teasing him with the food while petting him at the same time. The fish had all the meat stripped off it. This could have been disastrous and someone could have been bitten."
