Info from Licensor: "This is how our cat, Tobee, acts when he wants to get the attention of his Dad. My husband got him from a barn. No one wanted him so we decided to adopt him when he was 2 months old and our lives have changed since he came. Tobee is a clingy cat, especially to my husband."
