Info from Licensor: "The videos shown took place at the Praia da Baleia condominium in São Sebastião in the early hours of February 19, we woke up at 3 am with the water already at our ankles, the water continued to rise until 7 am, reaching a little below our waists, it was a desperate feeling. The floods around here started thanks to the amount of rain, which started at 8 pm on the night of the 19th and lasted until about 6:30 am."
