Info from Licensor: "It happened on March 4, 2023 I was taking my passengers from Stateline, Nevada to Southlake, California, which is only about a 10-minute ride. They were staying at a hotel at the top of the mountain. We had a huge storm come in that day and the day before I was going up Keller Road. It is a really well-known steep mountain road, and at the top of that road is a heavenly ski resort. The truck that comes at us decided not to wait as he should have because of the snowpack on both sides. It makes it a one-lane for a minute so he turned out and lost control. I backed us up down the mountain and continuously kept turning my head back and forth as there were people snowboarding at the bottom of the road. I am the Uber driver and I had four male passengers in the car."
