Info from Licensor: "Head-on truck crash on Route 6, Utah near the Soldier Summit/Spanish Fork Canyon. This video was taken on my dashcam on 1/6/23 headed eastbound and roughly 6:30 am. The storm had started as rain and switched to snow early Friday morning, and this dry van trucker had not applied chains and lost control shortly after cresting the Summit."
