Info from Licensor: "This video took place on the I-91S In Connecticut on the 3/20/23 at 11:46pm. On the north side there seems to be an accident of some kind 3 cars are on the shoulder and one car crashed into the barricade. As I’m approaching near the scene of the accident I noticed a guy on the barricade attempting to climb over it. So I started watching him to make sure he didn’t run into the street, but what I didn’t realize was that another guy was already on the road running across. As I got closer I saw this man trying to make it across before I reached him. I was going 70mph and he was roughly about 10 feet in front of me. Trying to stop wasn’t an option because I wouldn’t have been able too. Swerving towards my left was the only chance I had to avoid hitting him. So that’s what I did and avoided taking this man’s life."
