Info from Licensor: "Louisburg, KS Public Works saved a young buck from a new lagoon on 3/9/2022. Mark Anderson, Brad Rudkin, Jeremiah Miller, and myself Ben Miller. The deer was released unharmed. Mark fell. Brad threw the rope. Jeremiah wrestled it free, and I filmed."
