Info from Licensor: "I was filming from the passenger seat while my husband was driving south on Mamalahoa Highway in South Kona on the Island of Hawaii. We noticed someone sitting in the middle of the intersection where we were turning and began to follow. We noticed the driver began swerving all over. My husband began to honk repeatedly as we thought the driver was drunk. We followed seeing multiple near misses until he collided with a pole and rolled off a 20 foot cliff coming to a stand still below, He ended up surviving and police were on the scene to arrest him. The police took the video and he has a court appearance in May."
