Info from Licensor: "I've been training my indoor cat to wear a harness so that we can safely bring him outside, to which he had an adverse reaction where he just tips over. This is likely because cats tend to go limp as a reaction to their mothers carrying them as kittens. The harness probably puts some pressure on his nape, which activates this instinct."
